About the Abodes
The West Villa provides accommodation for a rejuvenating stay with your loved ones. There are three types of rooms to choose from - Premium Deluxe, Deluxe, and Superior rooms. Each room type is able to cater to small to large-sized gatherings and is perfect for encouraging bonding and relaxation.
A good night’s sleep is essential, and we ensure you experience just that. Our most affordable rooms are equipped with twin beds in each room and sufficient amenities you need for a restful stay.
Note: The toilet is only located on Level 1 for Superior Villa.
Enhance your stay with additional space of living room areas on each floor to provide extra comfort for you and your loved ones.
Nestled in the middle of all the villas, Premium Deluxe will be the perfect choice for larger group gatherings.
All bookings have to be made on HomeTeamNS Mobile App. Please note that all bookings are only confirmed once payment is made.
Booking slots are open 3 months prior to the desired date of booking. (e.g. on the 20th of January, members/guests can book available villas from January to 20th April).
*Affiliate members (SAFRA/PAssion/ JOM/ Social Member) and Guests are only allowed to book 3 months in advance for non-peak periods (Monday- Thursday, non-school holidays, and non-public holidays). Subject to availability.
Check in and check out process will be done via Villa Concierge @ Adventure Centre.

You can check availability and make bookings via HomeTeamNS Mobile App under “Villa Booking” tab. Super Peak period bookings including Public Holidays and Eve of Public Holidays are reserved for HomeTeamNS Members’ bookings only.
Do also take note that bookings are only open 3-months in advance.
Walk-Ins are allowed for any members. Online booking is available here. Confirmation with full payment must be made during booking.
Bookings can be made via HomeTeamNS Mobile App and Villa Concierge.
Check-In Time: 3pm – 6pm
Check-Out Time: 9am – 10am.
All requests for early check-in and late check-out are not available.
There is no refund for cancellation of booking in the event of no-show or late/missed sessions or any non-medical reasons.
Postponement of booking is not allowed.
A security deposit of $50 cash is required for each villa booking. The deposit is refundable upon check-out.
The minimum age required is 18 years old.
Barbecue activities are allowed. However, sharing of BBQ pit between villas is not allowed.
Each villa booking entitles you to 5 complimentary tickets per night stay.
West Villa is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited within all villas.
We are unable to provide additional mattress.
We do not provide cutleries and you will have to bring your own.
Guest and visitors are allowed. The maximum capacity at one time per villa is 30 pax, as this is to avoid overcrowding.
No pets or animals are allowed in HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok clubhouse, including West Villa.
We reserve the right to terminate the booking and no refunds on the booking will be given in such cases.

Our Grand Ballroom can also be separated into individual ballrooms for intimate celebrations.
