T-Play at HomeTeamNS Khatib first indoor playground in Singapore with a local cultural theme – Peranakan. We wanted a playground that celebrates our heritage, so that our little friends can get up close and personal with a unique culture like the Peranakan Culture.
We are very honoured to partner The Intan, Singapore’s award winning Peranakan Home Museum to transform T Play Khatib into a Peranakan adventureland by highlighting Singapore’s unique Peranakan cultural identity. The Intan is Singapore’s smallest museum where its founder & curator, Baba Alvin Yapp, lives in the Museum!
As early as the 15th Century, Chinese men left China to find work in Southeast Asia. They decided to marry local women and settle down. That is one of the stories of how the Peranakan Culture began. It has quite a fusion of the Chinese and Malay heritage, with some Western influence because the Babas travelled a lot.
Many Peranakans played important roles in the building of Singapore, including Mr Lim Nee Soon, whom Yishun is named after. Mr Lee Kuan Yew, the 1st Prime Minister of Singapore was also a Peranakan. So is the composer of our favourite NDP song, Home, Dick Lee.
T-Play Khatib is inspired by the pioneering spirit of early Peranakans, and the vibrant colours & images this unique culture presents. Our Playground has lots in-stored for our little friends. Our Peranakan-themed playground will be fun & educational for all our little friends & their families.

Join us for weekly craft sessions every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the little ones, specially curated with Peranakan influences. You can make a booking by downloading our HomeTeamNS Mobile App to access the booking function.
Yes, you can. To avoid disappointment, you are highly recommended to make your booking before arriving at T-Play.
You will have to redeem the wrist tag for you and your child(s) over the counter at T-Play with your booking confirmation email. If you are a T-Play member, please bring along your HomeTeamNS / SAFRA / Passion Card membership card for verification purposes.
No, you can only book 1 play session per day.
Yes, T-Play members will be able to pre-book their slots 30 days in advance.
Yes. However, you will only be able to enter T-Play at your allocated time.
Yes, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to redeem the wrist tag.
You will still be allowed to enter T-Play. However, we will not be able to extend the duration of the play session.
Mask-wearing is optional.
You are recommended to bring your own socks, or you can purchase a pair of socks from T-Play at $2 via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App.
T-Play sanitize the playground daily at regular intervals – before opening, during and between play sessions and after closing.
You can check the live capacity counter via the HomeTeamNS Mobile App.
1 pass entitles 1 kid and 1 adult into the playground. Rates are applicable for any additional adult.
Yes, T-Play staff will be supervising the playground. Do approach them if you have any enquiries during your visit.
Each play session is 2 hours.
We strongly recommend not to bring your infant along to minimise contact and exposure.
Yes, you can still sign up as a T-Play Member at our counters. We accept contactless payments only.
Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for no shows.
