It has been brought to our attention that there was a scam attempt targeting interested users of our facilities. An individual claimed to have a valid villa booking, put up an advertisement on social media and tried to resell it at a highly discounted rate.
We would like to remind members to book our facilities and villa slots only via our official platforms (HomeTeamNS mobile app and website). You are also reminded that you are not allowed to transfer or resell slots that you have booked using your membership account.
As there is an upward trend of scams happening in Singapore, here are some additional tips to protect yourself from falling prey to potential scams:
