Terms & Conditions for Frontline Digital Subscriber Quiz
General
- HomeTeamNS is referred to as the organiser (“Organiser”).
- By participating in this Quiz, the participant (“Participant”) agrees to these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”).
- Participation in the Frontline Digital Subscriber Quiz constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as statements as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- This Quiz is open to members who are subscribed to Frontline Digital newsletter.
- Submissions past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.
Frontline Digital Subscriber Quiz Mechanics
Frontline Digital Subscriber Quiz requires Participants to:
- Read the featured Frontline article stated in the Quiz
- Select the correct answer to the question(s) based on the Frontline article
- State his/her Full Name, Contact Number, and valid Email Address (used to subscribe to the newsletter) upon submission of the Subscriber Quiz
The participation period for the Quiz will be from October 2022 to February 2023. Subscribers can participate in the Quiz found in any of the Frontline Digital newsletters that will be sent out on the following dates:
Frontline Digital Newsletter Frequency
- Two Frontline Digital newsletters will be sent to subscribers every month, and the content of the Quiz will be distinctive from each newsletter. The participation period for the Quiz is stated under the section “Frontline Digital Subscriber Quiz Mechanics”.
- The first 200 Participants to submit the correct answers to the Quiz in each newsletter will stand a chance to win $5 Dairy Farm Group Vouchers.
Prizes and Announcement of Winners
- 200 Winners who participated in the Quiz in any Frontline Digital newsletter will be determined and notified by the Organiser via email within 2 weeks after the stated cut-off date for entries. The email will contain the Dairy Farm Group e-vouchers, including details on its perks and the Terms and Conditions of use.
- Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the prize throughout the entire Quiz period. Repeated entries will not be eligible to win.
- The prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes, and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged or expired.
Terms and Conditions
- The Organiser reserves the right at any time to modify Terms & Conditions, discontinue the Quiz or substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize.
- The decision of Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Quiz is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any participant in relation to the Quiz.
- The Organiser may collect personal information in order to conduct the Quiz and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Singaporean regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Organiser will collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. - Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Organiser and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional remuneration, compensation or notification for purposes relating to and arising out of the Quiz unless prohibited by law.
- The Organiser will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
