- Charging Stations may be located on third-party properties (Hosts). You must follow the Host’s rules, including parking restrictions, time limits, and any fees. You are responsible for any fines or penalties, including clamping or removal of your vehicle due to noncompliance with these rules.
- If a Charging Station is in a restricted area, you may need to pay additional access or parking fees to the Host, aside from the regular charges.
- After each charging session, you must promptly move your vehicle. SINOPEC may charge extra fees if you fail to remove your vehicle on time.
- SINOPEC may share your personal details, such as your name and car plate number, with enforcement agencies or Hosts if you fail to comply with the parking rules.
- Follow all instructions for using the Charging Station, including those in the Kigo App. Ensure your use is safe and does not cause injury or damage. For assistance, refer to the FAQs in the Kigo App or contact us.
- Do not attempt to repair, modify, or tamper with the Charging Station. Respect the intellectual property of the manufacturer. Your use is at your own risk.
- You are responsible for any damage to the Charging Station, property, or injury caused by your misuse. Report any damage to us through the Kigo App.
- You must not:
– Fraudulently use or divert electricity from the Charging Station.
– Tamper with any metering or Charging Station equipment. - The power rating shown for the Charging Station is the maximum output and may not be consistent during your session.
- SINOPEC can adjust the power output at any time to optimize the system, even during your session, without notice.
- SINOPEC is not liable for any losses or damages if the power output is adjusted, including loss of income or data.
