At HomeTeamNS, we believe in driving change beyond the golf course. All proceeds from this Charity Golf Tournament 2024 go to the Singapore Community Chest Foundation, supporting over 100 social service agencies in Singapore.

Registration
Drive It Forward Charity Golf Tournament will be held at Tanah Merah Country Club, Garden Course on 26 June 2024, 11am – 9pm.
- Be a Platinum, Gold or Silver Sponsor from $8,888.
- Purchase flight package for $4,888.
- Hole-In-One sponsorship of $10,000.
- Any in-kind or cash donations.

Please check your email (including your spam folder for a confirmation email upon receipt of completed form. If you do not hear from us within 3 days, please contact us.
Your contribution will help to cover partial of event costs and a substantial amount will fund Community Chest‘s aids in critical social services.
We regret to inform you that refund will not be possible once your registration has been proceed.
Corporations may send alternative golf players to be representatives for your organisation in the event where the original names submitted could not participate.
A valid golf handicap will be required for you to play.
Registration will start at 11am.
Kindly adhere to Tanah Merah Country Club dress code. You may find the information here.
The Event Committee will make every effort to complete in its entirely.
However, the Event Commitee reserves the right to suspend or abandon play as necessary if weather-related circumstances require such action.
In the unlikely event, the course is unplayable and play is abandoned or other conditions warrant such action, the Event Committee will then determine the tournament results and all players will be informed accordingly.
