Aqua Adventure

When ticket sales are available, you can purchase tickets via our HomeTeamNS website, the HomeTeamNS Mobile App, or the on-site Self-Help Kiosk. HomeTeamNS members can book tickets 4 weeks (1 month) in advance of their visit date. Affiliates and Guest Tier bookings can only be made 2 weeks (14 days) in advance of the preferred date.

Yes, anyone is welcome to join in the fun at Aqua Adventure!

You are encouraged to pre-book your session to avoid disappointment. Please note that all guests, regardless of whether they participate in activities, must purchase an entry ticket to access Aqua Adventure. Re-entry is allowed during your session. Please be aware that once tickets are purchased, no refunds will be issued.

HomeTeamNS has a strict no-refund policy. However, rescheduling of bookings is permitted. Effective from 1 January 2023, an administrative fee of $21.80 (inclusive of 9% GST) will be charged per booking for date change requests within 1 month from the initial booking date, subject to availability. To request a date change, please contact us via email at aquaadv@hometeamns.sg.

Aqua Adventure is located on the 2nd floor of our Bedok Reservoir Clubhouse, #02-06.   

Nearest MRT station is Bedok North (DT29). You can walk for 9+ min (700m) via Bedok North Rd or take bus 137 (1 stop) and reach in 6 mins on foot. The buses that are available here are: 8, 15, 23, 58, 518.

Aqua Adventure offers the following amenities:

First Aid: For any medical assistance, please approach any of our Specialists in red.

Water Coolers: Water coolers are available throughout the facility to keep you hydrated.

Lockers: We provide digital lockers for storing personal belongings, such as bags and backpacks. Please note that weapons of any kind, as well as props or toys resembling weapons, are not permitted in the facility.

Photography and Videography: Guests are welcome to take photos or videos during their visit. However, recording devices such as cell phones and GoPro cameras are not allowed on waterslides, attractions, or in changing facilities. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items.

There is no minimum age requirement for Aqua Adventure. However, participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 1.25 meters, a minimum weight of 30 kg, and a maximum weight of 120 kg. Children under 12 years old who meet the above requirements must be accompanied by an adult in the facility. Specialists reserve the right to deny entry if any of these requirements are not met.

Only comfortable wet attire is permitted at our facility. Guests are not allowed to wear bikinis or be bare-bodied. Please remember to bring your own shower essentials, including towels and shampoo, as these will not be provided. Additionally, hairdryers are unavailable on-site, and swimming attire is not sold at the facility.

Guests are required to remove all footwear on most installations unless stated otherwise. Wet shoes will be provided, so personal shoes are neither required nor permitted.

For your safety and the safety of others, no loose items such as jewelry, cell phones, glasses, or GoPros are allowed on any of our installations.

HomeTeamNS reserves the right to deny entry to participants not wearing appropriate attire.

Yes, there is re-entry for Aqua Adventure on the same day of your session.

Guests with disabilities may visit Guest Services for information on accessible services.

Please be advised of the following restrictions at Aqua Adventure:

1. Pets: Pets are not allowed within the Aqua Adventure facility.

2. Smoking and Food/Drink Consumption: Smoking is prohibited throughout the facility. Only plain water is allowed inside. Water coolers are available near the restrooms. Any food or sugary drinks must be consumed outside the facility.

3. Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind, including props or toys resembling weapons, are not permitted. Items such as water guns, balls, and floats are also prohibited.

4. Photography and Videography: Recording devices, including cell phones and GoPro cameras, are not allowed on waterslides, attractions, or in changing facilities.

5. Strollers/Prams: Strollers or prams are not permitted within the facility.

6. Running or Horseplay: Running, roughhousing, or horseplay is strictly prohibited for safety reasons.

Yes, we are pleased to inform you that we have our event spaces, Atlantis & Nautilus, for you to conduct your parties and events! Do take note that booking of our event spaces is an add-on.  Therefore, you will need to make a booking for our aquatic passes before you can book an event space.

For your own safety as well as others', no loose articles should be brought into any of our installations. Loose articles include jewellery, cell phones, glasses, etc.

Guests looking for lost items should visit the front counter to reclaim any found items.
