By participating in this campaign, participants are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 

Contest Mechanics: 

1. The contest is open from 18 March – 31 May 2025, 2359H.
2. The contest is open to everyone (members and non-members) who have purchased a valid ticket to Aqua Adventure.
3. Employees of HomeTeamNS or any other entities who are directly involved in the organisation, publicity or conduct of this campaign as determined by HomeTeamNS are not eligible to participate in this contest. 
4. Eligibility for the contest shall be determined by HomeTeamNS as its sole discretion. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, as its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances. 
5. Each individual is allowed to submit multiple entries. 
6. Each individual who takes part in the contest must submit a snapshot of the Instagram Story.
7. Each individual who takes part in the contest must follow and tag @HomeTeamNS_Sg on their Instagram Stories submission, with a hashtag #AquaAdventure.
8. Winners will be announced on HomeTeamNS Instagram every Tuesday, or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person.
9. Winners of this contest will be determined by HomeTeamNS. 
10. HomeTeamNS shall be entitled to use the name and pictures/photographs of any Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any Winner for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as HomeTeamNS determines. 
11. By participating in this contest, you are deemed to have expressly consented to HomeTeamNS disclosing your information to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting this contest. 
12. Notwithstanding anything herein, HomeTeamNS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of an individual in participating in the contest or receiving a prize. HomeTeamNS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection to this contest shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained. 
13. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the contest for any reason without any liability whatsoever. 
14. HomeTeamNS reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice. 
15. In the event any prize item is out of stock or discontinued, HomeTeamNS reserve the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal value.
