By participating in this campaign, participants are indicating his/her agreement to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Lucky Draw Mechanics
- The Draw is valid till 20 October, 23:59.
- The Draw is open to HomeTeamNS members:
a) Whose existing HomeTeamNS membership is valid for at least one year by the time of the draw.
b) Holds an Ordinary, Associate or Corporate Membership. Social Members are not eligible for this lucky draw. - Employees of HomeTeamNS and any other entities who are directly involved in the organisation, publicity and/or conduct of the Draw as determined by HomeTeamNS, are also not eligible to participate in the Draw.
- Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Draw, and such persons confirm to HomeTeamNS that such consent has been given, by their participation in the Draw.
- Eligibility for the Draw shall be determined by HomeTeamNS in its sole discretion. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Each eligible HomeTeamNS member is allowed to submit one (1) entry only. Multiple entries will be considered null and void. Resulting in disqualification from The Draw.
- The Draw will be conducted on 22 October 2024, or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person.
- Winners for The Draw will be drawn at random by HomeTeamNS on the Draw Date using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerized) as HomeTeamNS may determine.
- HomeTeamNS shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any Winner for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as HomeTeamNS determines.
- By participating in the Draw, you are deemed to have expressly consented to HomeTeamNS disclosing your personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw.
- Notwithstanding anything herein, HomeTeamNS has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a Member in participating in the Draw or receiving a prize. HomeTeamNS’ decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Draw shall be final and binding. No correspondence or claims will be entertained.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right at any time and at its absolute discretion to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice.
