Terms & Conditions for HomeTeamNS Giveaways
General
- HomeTeamNS is referred to as the organiser (“Organiser”).
- By participating in this Giveaway, the participant (“Participant”) agrees to these terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”).
- Participation in the Giveaway constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of the Organiser, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as statements as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- This Giveaway is open to anyone based in Singapore (members and non-members), and on the date of entry, are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.
- Employees of the Organiser and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
- Submissions past the end date and time will not be eligible for the prize.
Prizes and Announcement of Winners
- Winners will be determined and notified by the Organiser within 2 weeks after the Giveaway ends via post comment, direct message or email. The Organiser may draw additional reserved entries in the event of an invalid entry or if an ineligible participant is drawn.
- Winners are required to respond and acknowledge within 5 working days after receiving the notification. The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit all unclaimed prizes and declare another winner(s) in any such manner they deem fit.
- Each participant is only entitled to one chance to win the prize. Repeated entries will not be eligible to win.
- The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.
- The Winners may be required to present their proof of identity upon collection of prizes.
Terms and Conditions
- The Organiser reserves the right at any time to modify Terms & Conditions, discontinue the Giveaway or substitute, withdraw or cancel any prize.
- The decision of Organiser on all matters relating to or in connection with the Giveaway is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by any participant in relation to the Giveaway.
- Inappropriate comments/posts will be immediately removed at the discretion of the Organiser.
- The Organiser may collect personal information in order to conduct the Giveaway and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Singaporean regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
- Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Organiser and its advertising and promotional agencies to use the Winner’s name, and/or likeness and their winning entries without additional remuneration, compensation or notification for purposes relating to and arising out of the Giveaway unless prohibited by law.
- The Organiser will fully cooperate with any law enforcement and government authorities and any judicial or regulatory orders requesting copies of or information in relation to any postings or content.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and the participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
- By opening a Facebook Account and using any services, products or features of Facebook for the purposes of the Giveaway (including without limitation, uploading any materials onto these platforms), each participant is fully liable and responsible for complying with all terms and conditions as may be imposed by these platforms, and The Organiser shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for such account and usage. Comments, photos, and video responses posted on the Organiser’s Facebook page are also subject to the terms of use of these platforms. Your comments are public and available to anyone visiting these platforms.
