Ticket Requirement
- Registration is required for entry into the Easter Engagement Zone, which includes Carnival Games, Bouncy Castle, Craft Activity, and F&B Redemptions.
- All attendees must register via the official event portal before the event day.
Ticket Fees
- HomeTeamNS Members: Free (registration required)
- Affiliate Members: $8.00 (inclusive of 9% GST)
- Non-Members: $12.00 (inclusive of 9% GST)
Family Ticket Sharing
- Each registration entitles participants to 10 activity coupons, which may be shared within a family.
- No additional registration is needed for accompanying family members unless more coupons are required.
Coupon Usage
- Coupons are valid only on 19 April 2025, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at HomeTeamNS Khatib.
- Coupons are valid for multiple rounds of gameplay until all 10 are used.
- Coupons are non-replaceable if lost or damaged and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Coupons can be used for:
- Easter Carnival Games
- Bouncy Castle
Free Engagement Zones
- SCDF & SPF engagement areas (e.g. Fire Safety Demonstration, Crime Prevention Booth, Vehicle Display) are open to all and do not require a ticket.
Entry Verification
- Registered participants may be asked to show proof of registration to collect their coupons at the event.
Refund & Reimbursement Policy
- Tickets purchased by Affiliate and Non-Members are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.
- In the event that the organiser decides to waive ticket fees and offer free entry to all, participants who have already paid will be reimbursed with vouchers equivalent to the ticket price paid. These vouchers will be issued during the event day and may be used for selected F&B or tenant redemptions.
General
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
- By registering for the event, attendees agree to comply with event rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from event staff.

Hop to Rescue is a family-friendly event that combines the joy of Easter with appreciation for our frontline heroes. Happening at HomeTeamNS Khatib, the event features Easter-themed games, bouncy castles, craft stations, and engaging experiences by Singapore Civil Defence Force, Singapore Police Force, and partners.
The event will be held on Saturday, 19 April 2025, from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at Level 1, Thoroughfare, HomeTeamNS Khatib.
The event is open to the public, but it’s specially curated for:
- Families with children aged 5 to 18 years old
- NSmen and their families or friends
Anyone interested in Easter fun, community bonding, and civil defence awareness!
Yes, only the Easter Engagement Zone is ticketed. All other activities are free to access.

Yes, you’re welcome to attend! While the Easter Engagement Zone requires a ticket, the SCDF & SPF booths and public displays are free for all visitors. You’re encouraged to drop by, explore the exhibits, and join the excitement happening throughout the clubhouse.
Yes! The event will be held in sheltered areas and will continue rain or shine.

- By participating in the Event, you confirmed that you have read, understood and agree with the following terms and conditions.
- HomeTeamNS is not liable for any damages or injuries caused or incurred by the participant.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the services by others.
- By participating, participants agree to be photographed and video recorded for the purpose of publicity and for use in future publicity collaterals.
- By participating, participants understand and agree that HomeTeamNS may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this form for the sole purpose of administering this activity. We assure you that proper safeguarding measures are in place to protect your personal data in accordance to PDPA guidelines.
- HomeTeamNS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.
- HomeTeamNS shall not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any death or injury, damage or loss, suffered or caused during participation, and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
- HomeTeamNS management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.

- I am aware that the registered participants will undergo the event at my own risk and thereby release HomeTeamNS, its staff, and other organizing persons from liabilities, which may arise during the duration of the event.
- I agree that fees are non-refundable unless the activity is cancelled by HomeTeamNS.
- I acknowledge that Parent / Guardian consent is required for applicants under 21 years old.
- I hereby declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health to take part in this event.
HomeTeamNS recognizes its obligation under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) which include the collection, use and disclose of personal data (information provided above) which you have given consent to by the submission of this registration form.
Your personal data belonging to you and your family may be used and disclosed to HomeTeamNS’ affiliated organisations, third party service providers (activity partners etc.) for the following purposes:
- Register and contact you about your attendance at the activity;
- Carry out administrative, planning activities and to facilitate your requirements for the activity;
- Plan and develop future activities and opportunities;
- Compilation and analysis of statistics relevant to the course/activity;
- Providing marketing material that you have agreed to receive.
As a valued HomeTeamNS member/customer, you can expect HomeTeamNS and its affiliated organizations, service providers and programme partners to communicate to you via channels such as electronic direct mailers (Email), Short messaging service (SMS), direct mailers (Postal Mail), Whatsapp and phone calls (Voice).
By attending the activity stated above, you consent to the use of photograph, voice, comments and image in any broadcast of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this event. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ publications and in publicity materials, including the HomeTeamNS and HomeTeamNS affiliates’ websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, CCTV footage, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of HomeTeamNS. HomeTeamNS and its affiliates, employees, representatives and agents are released from any and all claims, demands, costs and liability that may arise from the use of any of the described above, arising out of being interviewed, recorded, photograph, videotaped or filmed.
**It is the responsibility of event participants to remove themselves from group and candid shots/recordings that the photographers/videographers intend to capture, if they do not wish to have their photos/audio-visual recordings taken at the event.**
