2-Year Ordinary/Associate Membership
- This promotion is valid for the application of 2-year HomeTeamNS Ordinary or Associate membership (the “Promotion”) from 20th February 2025 until 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
- The Promotion can be utilised repeatedly for Membership registrations and renewals.
- You must fulfil all eligibility criteria to join as a HomeTeamNS Ordinary, Associate and/or Family member.
- For first-time applicant for HomeTeamNS membership sign up, you will be required to upload your proof of eligibility/supporting document via our Mobile App.
- All Members are subject to eligibility checks at any point of their Membership term.
- Strictly no refund for membership fees paid in full.
- For expired membership, the membership commences immediately after the successful payment.
- Family membership renewals cannot exceed the principal member’s membership expiry date.
- Only immediate Family may be recommended under the Family membership, i.e. parents, spouses and children under the age of 21 of principal members.
- For children of principal members who turn 21 years of age, their Family membership will end regardless of remaining membership validity.

The HomeTeamNS 20th Anniversary 2-year complimentary Family membership promotion will be available to Spouses, Children (Below 21) and Parents of Principal (Ordinary/Associate) members.
- How do I signup or renew for my family member for them to receive the 2-year complimentary membership?

- Is there any limit to the renewal of Family Membership?
There is no limit to the number of renewals for the The HomeTeamNS 20th Anniversary 2-year complimentary Family membership as long as the Principal member has sufficient membership tenure (at least 2 years of Membership validity). We regret to inform you that you will not be able to enjoy the promotion if the Principal member has insufficient membership tenure.
- I have just renewed my Family membership, may I get a refund to enjoy this promotion?
Membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Does promotion apply to Social members?

Lucky Draw Mechanics
- The Draw is valid from 20 Feb to 31 Mar 2025, both dates inclusive.
- The Draw is open to HomeTeamNS members:
(a) Whose existing HomeTeamNS membership must not have been expired or invalid by the time of the draw.
(b) Hold an Ordinary or Associate Members
(c) Social Members are not eligible for this lucky draw.
- Employees of HomeTeamNS and any other entities who are directly involved in the organisation, publicity and/or conduct of the Draw as determined by HomeTeamNS, are also not eligible to participate in the Draw.
- Persons below the age of 18 are required to obtain their parents’ consent before participating in the Draw, and such persons confirm to HomeTeamNS that such consent has been given, by their participation in the Draw.
- Eligibility for the Draw shall be determined by HomeTeamNS in its sole discretion. HomeTeamNS reserves the right to not allow and/or to disqualify participation by any person, at its sole discretion, and no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Eligible HomeTeamNS members may submit entries for each successfully registered Member.
- The Family+ Promotion and Giveaway is open exclusively to Ordinary & Associate HomeTeamNS members whose memberships hold a validity period exceeding one year.
- The Draw will be conducted before 30 April 2025, or such a date and time as HomeTeamNS may determine without giving any reason or assuming any liability to any person.
- Winners for The Draw will be drawn at random by HomeTeamNS on the Draw Date using such methods and in such manner (which may be manual or computerised) as HomeTeamNS may determine.
- HomeTeamNS shall be entitled to use the name, identification numbers and pictures/photographs of any Winner for print advertisements or other publicity materials; and may otherwise engage any Winner for its publicity purposes without any compensation whatsoever and in such manner as HomeTeamNS determines.
- By participating in the Draw, you are deemed to have expressly consented to HomeTeamNS disclosing your personal particulars to any person or entity involved in organising, promoting or conducting the Draw.

Frequently Asked Questions
The campaign period will be from 20 Feb – 31 Mar 2025, both dates inclusive.
This lucky draw is applicable to HomeTeamNS members who has successfully activated and signed up Ordinary, Associate & Family members under the HomeTeamNS Family+ campaign between 20 Feb – 31 Mar 2025.
To qualify for the draw, HomeTeamNS members must sign up or renew their Ordinary/Associate membership and sign up their family members for additional chances under the HomeTeamNS Family+ between 20 Feb to 31 Mar 2025.
Each HomeTeamNS member will be given one (1) chance for signing up/renewing their Ordinary/Associate membership.
To accumulate additional chances, (1) chance will be given for each successfully added Family Member under this campaign.
The winner will be announced on this page and will be notified via email. Winner must personally redeem the prize from HomeTeamNS by following the redemption instructions provided by HomeTeamNS.
If a winner fails to redeem the prize in accordance with the redemption instructions by the deadline specified in the redemption instructions, the Winner shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her prize, and no further correspondence will be given or entertained under any circumstances.
