*Please note that the submitted receipt will take 24 hours to process. Your +HPoints will be awarded once your transaction has been verified. Before approval, your receipt will be under ‘Pending’ status.

1. What is 'Spend, Snap, Save!'?

'Spend, Snap, Save!' is a new feature under the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme. Members can now scan receipts from participating clubhouse tenants to earn +HPoints directly through the HomeTeamNS mobile app.

2. Who is eligible to participate in this feature?

This feature is available to HomeTeamNS members (Ordinary, Associate, Family) and SAFRA Affiliate members.

3. How can I earn +HPoints by spending at tenants?

HomeTeamNS and SAFRA Affiliate members can upload their receipts to the HomeTeamNS mobile app within 24 hours of purchase to earn +HPoints.

To be eligible to earn +HPoints, a minimum spend of $10 in a single receipt is required, capped at $500 daily.

4. Which clubhouse tenants allow me to earn +HPoints?

You can earn +HPoints at participating tenants located in HomeTeamNS Bukit Batok, HomeTeamNS Khatib, and HomeTeamNS Bedok Reservoir. For the full list of participating tenants, please refer to the details below:

6. How does scanning receipts help me earn points?

By uploading your receipts through 'Spend, Snap, Save!', the system automatically captures your spending details and credits +HPoints to your account. These points can be redeemed for various rewards, including discounts on facility and villa bookings.

7. What are the benefits of earning +HPoints?

+HPoints allow you to offset the cost of future transactions.

  • HomeTeamNS members can earn and redeem points on all eligible purchases.
  • SAFRA Affiliate members can earn points from tenants’ receipts and redeem them for both facility and villa bookings. However, they cannot earn points directly from facility and villa bookings.

8. Can I edit the details on a receipt before submitting it?

Yes, once 'Spend, Snap, Save!' processes a receipt, you can review and edit the details if any inaccuracies are detected. However, please note that HomeTeamNS reserves the right to reject receipts deemed inaccurate.

9. Can I use my points to offset facility and villa bookings?

Yes. Points earned through the loyalty programme can be used to offset the cost of facility and villa bookings, offering great savings while you enjoy our amenities.

10. Can I scan receipts when I book Facility or Villa bookings?

No, the system automatically captures your transaction details and credits +HPoints to your account. There’s no need to print or scan the receipt afterward.

11. What should I do if I encounter issues with ‘Spend, Snap, Save!’ feature?

1. What is HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme?

HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme is a loyalty program for HomeTeamNS members. We reward you with +HPoints* when you:

  • make membership applications and renewals on the mobile app; or
  • make purchases at our Participating Merchants within HomeTeamNS Clubhouses; or
  • book any HomeTeamNS Facility at our HomeTeamNS Clubhouses.

*A minimum expenditure of S$10.00 is required for +HPoints to be awarded.
The +HPoints can be used to redeem Rewards and/or Prizes.

All Ordinary Members, Associate Members and Family Members can participate in the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme.

3. How does HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme benefit members?

HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme allows HomeTeamNS members to redeem Rewards and/or Prizes using +HPoints. 

4. Is there a fee to join HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme?

There is no additional fee on top of your HomeTeamNS membership fee. As long you hold a valid HomeTeamNS membership, you will be able to start accumulating +HPoints.

5. Where can I refer to for the details of HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme?

You can refer to https://www.hometeamns.sg/hometeamns-rewards/ or the HomeTeamNS mobile application for more details on the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme. The app is available for download in both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

1. How do I accumulate +HPoints?

HomeTeamNS members will be able to earn +HPoints* when they:

  • make membership applications and renewals; or
  • make purchases at our Participating Merchants within HomeTeamNS Clubhouses; or
  • book any HomeTeamNS Facility at our HomeTeamNS Clubhouses.

*A minimum expenditure of S$10.00 is required for +HPoints to be awarded.

+HPoints will automatically be credited to the member’s e-wallet for every successful transaction.

You may refer to all transaction details via the HomeTeamNS mobile application. It will show your payment, the amount of +HPoints earned and the +HPoints expiry date.

2. How are +HPoints calculated?

Every S$1.00 spent entitles the HomeTeamNS member to earn 1 +HPoint, subject to a minimum expenditure of S$10.00. For the avoidance of doubt, the amount spent will be rounded down to the nearest dollar for the purpose of determining the +HPoints to be awarded to the HomeTeamNS member and +HPoints will be awarded based on nett purchase value before deduction of discounts or redemptions.

3. What can I do with my accumulated +HPoints?

You may use your +HPoints to make redemptions of Rewards and/or Prizes. You may refer to the HomeTeamNS mobile application for the list of Rewards and/or Prizes available for redemption.

4. What is the minimum spend needed in a single transaction/receipt to earn +HPoints?

A minimum spend of S$10.00 per single transaction is required. All Receipts must be submitted no later than the next day of purchase (11.59pm) to be eligible for +HPoints.

5. How long does it take for my transaction submitted to be processed?

It may take up to 3 - 5 working days from the date of:

  • your submission of the Receipts via the HomeTeamNS mobile application; or
  • your completion of any facility booking via the HomeTeamNS website, the HomeTeamNS mobile application or self-help kiosks at the HomeTeamNS Clubhouses.
    +HPoints will be reflected in your account balance upon validation of the Receipts and/or bookings.

6. How do I check my +HPoints balance?

You may check your +HPoints balance and all transaction details via the HomeTeamNS mobile application.

7. If I have receipts that are given to me, can I use it to earn the +HPoints?

+HPoints are only awarded for your own purchases. If you are found to have used receipts for purchases made by others to accumulate +HPoints, we reserve our rights to cancel and/or delete and/or otherwise deduct the +HPoints that have been credited to your account.

8. Will my +HPoints expire?

Yes, +HPoints credited in your account in a certain month of a calendar year will expire one calendar year from the last day of that month.

For illustration:

    1. HomeTeamNS member had earned 100 +HPoints on 31 January 2023. The 100 +HPoints will expire on 31 January 2024.
    2. HomeTeamNS member had earned 50 +HPoints on 3 October 2023. The 50 +HPoints will expire on 31 October 2024.

9. When can I start earning my +HPoints?

HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme will be effective from 23 December 2022 onwards. You will need to update your HomeTeamNS mobile application in order for you to be able to access the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme. Only transactions after this date will be eligible for earning +HPoints.

10. Which are the participating HomeTeamNS clubhouses in the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme?

All HomeTeamNS clubhouses are participating in the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme.

11. Who are the HomeTeamNS Partners participating in the HomeTeamNS Rewards+ Programme?

1. What is Daily Check-in? 

 HomeTeamNS members can login to the mobile app to earn 1 +HPoint daily. 

 2. Who can participate in the Daily Check-in 

 HomeTeamNS members (Ordinary, Associate and Family) 

 3. Will the +HPoints earned during Daily Check-in expire? 

 Yes, +HPoints expire one year after they are credited to your account. For example, +HPoints earned in January 2024 will expire on 31 January 2025. 

1. What is Refer-a-Friend?  

 The Refer-a-Friend program allows HomeTeamNS members to earn rewards by inviting their friends to register as Ordinary or Associate members through the mobile app. 

 2. How many friends can I refer to?  

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.  

3. Who can I refer to?  

 You may only refer to individuals that are eligible for Ordinary and Associate membership.

All NSmen who have served or are serving in the Singapore Police Force (SPF) or Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) 

Associate Members 

All staff that have served or are serving in any of the Home Team Agencies under the Ministry of Home Affairs*

 4. What do I get for referring a friend?  

 For each successful referral, both you and your friend will receive 500 +HPoints. The +HPoints will be automatically credited to your accounts

5. Will I be eligible for the 500 +HPoints if I refer my friend whose membership has expired? 

To qualify for 500+HPoints, referred friends must successfully register as an Ordinary or Associate member using the referral code. 

This referral program is only applicable to members who are new or membership that has expired for more than 5 years.
